DNA Loading Dye 6X

Due to its high density, this solution is used to load DNA and RNA samples in agarose or polyacrylamide gel. This solution has three indicators: bromophenol blue, xylene cyanol and orange J. It has EDTA to prevent the activity of nucleases and destroy the sample.
