Ham’s F10 culture medium

Ham’s F10 or Nutrient F10 culture medium is used in serum-free systems and especially for the growth of CHO cells. Also, Ham’s F10 environment is a suitable environment for the growth of human diploid cells and white blood cells for chromosomal analysis and preliminary research on chicken, rabbit, and mouse tissue.
